To create this thick pudding cheese, we combined the exquisite four types of cheese : Cream cheese from Hokkaido, Camembert cheese of "Hokkaido Crail", Hokkaidomascarpone cheese and Gorgonzola cheese from Italy , then utilizing the flavor of each to the maximum.
